LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 4 months

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Experience in Erasmus program,bookings and sales is considered a plus.
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to think outside the box and be open to new challenges

TASKS:

• Handle calls from erasmus students with service standards and procedures
• Provide relevant information to erasmus students
• Assist Erasmus students with their online bookings
• Participate in specific operational projects where required
• Schedule and conduct video calls and visits with people all around the world

WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

• English B2/C1
