DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
Erasmus Life Porto is a non-profit organization and our main goal is to make students feel like at home and to make their exchange experience unforgettable. We organize several trips from north to south, many local activities and multiple parties a week in the best clubs in Porto.

LOCATION: Porto (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

AREA: MEDIA - Advertising, Marketing

REQUIREMENTS:
-Background in Marketing, Communication, Management, Sales or similar
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
-Creative and flexible mindset
-Familiar with social media and online platforms
-Interest in graphic design and community building
-English level B2/C1 (required)
-Proactive and enjoys working in an international environment

TASKS:

• Manage the brand's social media (in coordination with the Lisbon team); Assist with answering common resident questions via email, WhatsApp, or social platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content
• Help organize and maintain the Porto office; Help plan and promote ELP events like pubcrawls, parties, dinners, workshops, etc.
• Communicate with international students
• Validate and support new local partnerships; Able to speak clearly with residents and communicate effectively online.
• Presence on Welcome days (September and February months)
• Assist with graphic design and visual content creation; Occasionally take photos (e.g. new partners or listings)
• Friendly, professional, and confident in both written and verbal interactions.
• Experience using Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook - basic understanding of trends, hashtags, reels, and community engagement. Stay updated on social media trends and tools.
• Collect feedback from residents to improve the living experience.

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

• English B2/C1
