DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
Erasmus Life Porto is a non-profit organization and our main goal is to make students feel like at home and to make their exchange experience unforgettable. We organize several trips from north to south, many local activities and multiple parties a week in the best clubs in Porto.

LOCATION: Porto (Portugal)

REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, skills and competences to be acquired by the end of the traineeship (expected Learning Outcomes):

General knowledge about the communication work of an international organisation;
Knowledge about online and offline communication instrument and the ability to use this knowledge in a practical environment;
Developing photo editing and media content creation, media, advertising or marketing
Optimization of social media online communication through experience and use.

TASKS:

• Promoting the Organization's services in order to acquire new partners and promote positions available on the Organization’s online platform
• Manage all social media platforms of the company and analyse/report results
• Social Media Advertising & Email Marketing
• Contact organizations and effectively communicate the company's services
• Help in the organisation and execution of events, activities, trips and other events in Porto and around Portugal
• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Provide general support in booking and sales tasks
• Interaction with international students and provide them support and important information about Lisbon
• Logistics: prepare the different kinds of promotions for events; split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events; create and prepare material for events; be part of the organization and creation of events and activities.

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
