DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This traineeship is in an organisation that organizes parties in a typical sail boat cruising along the Tagus river. The trainee is going to assist of the office work and will provide support on the organisation and execution of several tasks to improve the overall performance.

LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

AREA: MEDIA - Photography, Advertising, Marketing

REQUIREMENTS:
•⁠ ⁠Preferably background in Marketing, Communication, Management, Tourism or a
related area
•⁠ ⁠Social Media user experience
•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Creativity, flexibility and strong organisational skills
•⁠ ⁠Team working skills
•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English
•⁠ ⁠Online Marketing knowledge is valued
•⁠ ⁠Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge is valued

TASKS:

• Manage the website and social media channels
• Promotion of boat events in Lisbon and Portugal
• Content creation for newsletter and social media
• Provide support and important information about Lisbon
• Logistics: create the promotion schedule for the team, preparing different kinds of promotions; split and delegate tasks to the team to collect material for future promotions.
• Provide support in the organization and execution of events, activities and trips in Lisbon and Portugal.
• Community management tasks
• Administration tasks
• Interaction with international tourism

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

• English B2/C1
