DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
The intern will be integrated on the operations team of a student housing company in Lisbon. The intern will have access to a working environment, with hundreds of students that are clients of the company.

LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 5 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

BUSINESS - Business administration, Hospitality management, Tourism
MEDIA - Advertising, Marketing

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Management, Business, Marketing, Social Media Management/Content Creation or other related areas 
- Ideally the candidate should be: A problem solver, a creative thinker, adaptable and willing to take on new challenges, pro-active and communicative.
- The internship will require office work.
- Level of language proficiency: English B2/C1

TASKS:

• Helping students find accommodation for their stay in Lisbon.
• Performing sales through multiple channels; Supporting marketing and sales strategies and processes.
• Communicating with international students; Communicating with current and future partners.
• Communicating with international students; Communicating with current and future partners.
• Managing online communities and supporting community development.
• Keeping abreast of trends, best practices and tools related to social media management.
• Supporting the management of the booking platform.
• Supporting the development and improvement of the department’s growth.
• Organising and prioritising time-sensitive assignments.

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

• English B2/C1
